Draconic Shield-ZChest and Dalada Uplands Locked Chests, I'm guessing it also drops from other Charr area locked chests and maybe some of the dungeons but don't take that last part for certain.
Emerald Blade- No word yet.
Celestial Compass- ZChest and Dalada Upland's Locked Chests.
Serpentine-Vabbian Chests.

The bone scythe and one of the spears are in the dat file (and have been since all the other weapons that are now dropping showed up). I can only assume there's a few more to be found yet ...
Also, still no screens on the eagle axe, or much more then a "heard it dropped" somewhere early on.

My hunch(hunch, not confirmed drop, but where I'm going hunting): I bet the eagle axe drops from or near the tengu in the tarnished coast region(I think they're called quetzals or something). The only other 'bird' themed enemies I can think of are the griffons in varja fells. Only thing that makes me doubt that is that the starks are sword users but most stuff seems to come from local chests sooo...
I knew the frog wand had to drop around the sparkfly/bogroot region, but I just didn't have the time to go farming for it...

Serpentine drops pretty common. Demonic is 2nd place. The others are quite rare though.

Wrong!
It should mean those who have the SKILL should have something to show for it. Not those who get a lucky drop, or spend 2 months grinding the same dungeon.

Actually, no, he is right. Spending more time does not give you a strategic advantage. The fancy looking items work identically to the plainest items in the game, whereas in most RPG games, the fancy looking items also have crazy mods...like the SWORD OF A THOUSAND TRUTHS!1!!
The full quote, that is often taken way out of context, basically says that regardless of whether you have been playing for a month or three years, the game is balanced so everyone fights on even ground. And that is true. Your item being fancy looking does not make you do more damage, heal for more, or whatever. Therefore, their "time spent" or "lucky drop" or how ever you choose to put it does not make them stronger than you. Someone who has been playing longer than you is not inherently going to be stronger/better than you.
Also, I have to point out...most of the items people complain about being hard to get are desired specifically because they are, indeed, hard to get. So therefore, it is a cool item that makes people say "wow...that's a cool item! I want one!" If you take that rarity away, suddenly the desire goes away with it. And those who do enjoy the trading/collecting aspects of RPGs are left unfulfilled. The solution? Have rare, cool items but make them work exactly like the common items.

The new weapon skins are purdy..everyone wants them.....and it makes for a fun hunt!
Skill means nothing in the aquisition of these purdies..(Unless your totally newb)
they aren't mallyx/urgoz/any boss greens that we are a talking about here..they are NEW skins, with mods you can find just about anywhere ingame.
So, Happy Hunting everyone!!

Care to explain, then, why the design team has systematically killed the rarity of virtually every sought-after weapon in the game?
Runic Blade, Stygian Reaver, Dwarven Axe and Serpent Axe, to name the most obvious EotN casualties. Sephis Axe, Storm Bow, Eternal Shield, Magmas Shield in Nightfall. List goes on. About the only thing that truly remains scarce is the Crystalline Sword.
I agree with your statement wholeheartedly, but the design team's past actions don't back it. The basic strategy seems to be to make certain items desirable by making them rare, and then flooding the market with them via later updates in order to satisfy the masses' demand for the items in question.
